DON’T FORGIVE

Don’t forgive
But pray five times daily
And sing more than the seraphs
After all in heaven singing is the only commandment.

Don’t forgive
But attend morning masses before the Catechist
And even receive the Holy Communion before the Priest
After all He said:
‘If you don’t eat my body and drink my blood, you won’t have life in you’.

Don’t forgive
But give huge offerings
And even singlehandedly build the church’s edifice
After all when you die your grave would be given a special blessing.

Don’t forgive
But give to the poor
And announce it to the world
After all in giving, we receive.

Don’t forgive
But carry the bible bigger than the Pope’s Lectionary
And read all the memory verses
After all ‘man shall not live by bread alone but by God’s word’.

Don’t forgive
But say over your dead body even after his remorse
Because he hurt you more than they did to Christ
So, Christ will understand and throw only him into the Hades.

Don’t forgive
But daily recite ‘The Lord’s Prayer’
And forget that “…forgive us our sins as we forgive those…”
Means ‘don’t forgive us our sins as we haven’t forgiven those who sinned against us’.

Don’t forgive
But marry unforgiveness like a wife
But I assure you one thing:
The devil is already fuelling the hell for your arrival.

Don’t kill yourself Life is a sweet honey The dead wish for its taste So why would you kill yourself? Don’t kill yourself Life is created for bliss That you won’t find in the other side Especially as you want to end your life yourself. Don’t kill yourself Life doesn’t have a spare Especially when suicide sowed a seed It has a destination of torment. Don’t kill yourself Though sometimes life maybe double-barreled A little suffering, a little joy Just endure, joy comes after mourning. Don’t kill yourself Only onto Him, cast your worries Because He cares for you And can do wonders to surprise your eyes. BUT OJUKWU NEVER TOLD US On that Monday morning that NEPA became a saint And blessed my area on like before So reluctantly I prepared to set out from my tent Since he was to do a live broadcast after his voice was missing for three full moons.
